On Friday, April 2, 2021, the CE1B class had the opportunity to meet Caroline Douche, an archaeologist at the Cyprus Institute. He told us about the food of the prehistoric period and we asked all our questions. We had the opportunity to observe seeds found in the earth aged 8000 years !!! At the end of the day, we all left with our little bag of seeds, and some of us want to become archaeologists!
