On 9thMay 2019 we celebrated Europe day with our partners with shared events: orienteering games, quizzes, arts, music and other cultural activities.
All presentations in the spirit of Europe were collaboratively prepared in the classrooms of the different schools participating to the project. The activities aimed to get to know each other (the countries of Europe) and share the knowledge with our partner classes via fun and creative ways.
On this occasion, the classes of CM1 and CM2 at EFCN worked in groups during the hours of “EMILE Anglais” in order to find various fun facts about European countries which were then presented. With the help of their teachers, the children translated their fun facts in English, Greek, Italian and Dutch. The final product of this work was filmed; a video in the form of “Did you know that….”.
